I went in this morning with my prescription for eye glasses. I was in a week ago and the young man had a great attitude and good vibe. I came back to purchase glasses and female associate was extremely unhelpful. She presented every obstacle when it came to insurance and general procedures. Even though I was in a week earlier and was placed in their system. She was annoyed and did not want to help me at all.
