My package containing irreplaceable items went missing (guarantee a line worker stole it) and the postal service just wants me to accept the loss. I should get a job at one of these places. So easy to just take what you want and say it went missing when the customer calls. This used to be an honest American job. Now they will hire anybody

Well my experience and coming to the post office to get my passport was in a walk-in basis. I was there for close to three hours because I did not have an appointment after being there the lady mentioned that she could not help me because she was short staffed! I was furious. Finally she decided that she was going to to help me. Bittersweet appointment

No you can't. They have to deliver to the address provided. If it's a non working address, it will be sent back to the return address provided.

I have problems with neighbors parking in front of my mail box and mailoan gets upset at us. We do not want to s as y anything for fear of retaliation from neighbors. We slso do not want to be fined for the fault of another person. What can we do?

You won't be fined for someone parking in front of the mailbox as It's not against the law to do so. At the same time postal workers are not required to leave their vehicle to deliver mail, even if the mailbox is obstructed. Talk to your neighbors and let them know the postman is refusing to deliver your mail as a result of their car blocking the mailbox. Leave a sign by the street if you have to. Or block the space with cones. It's a sticky situation for sure.
