Worst location in the Fresno area. Employees are the the worst and need to stay home. Even their superiors are afraid to correct their behavior.

Came in for a PO box they didn't know the prices for what I requested as if I'm not standing there asking for a PO box ..... I've been in customer service for over 7 years I know you'll can do better.

Is the drop box along minarets a valid box? I dropped off mail/bill two weeks ago and yet has cleared my bank and account.
