I am a patient and went to see this specialist 3 weeks ago and was told needed injection shot and possible surgery. I have yet to hear back from them regarding the injection appt. I did call there office and they lied to me about calling insurance company for a authorization. The girl that does the scheduling is very incompetent. I have called and called with no response.

I know felt the same way until I found the trick ...when the machine ask you to pick a # pick 0 (zero) quick b4 she stop talking that should get you to receptionist (real person) if you still have trouble click the number that says your a pharmacist and or doctor they should answer might be a little bent but just tell them the truth been trying to get through.. they r really good people but there phone system is wacked not broken been a client for the past 8 years nevef chg. ( lunch hour 12 - 1pm and dont try from 4:30 -5 they wont answer)
