Called this company numerous times regarding the condition of the landscaping ,weeds and grass on one of the properties they rent. Was told it would be taken care of and nothing has been done.

If you plan on renting short term then it's fine, but don't plan on long term. Last year rent was $1,625 which is more than $400 more than other homes in the area but they do allow large dogs and the tenant had to find a place where they could keep their dog. 1 year later rent was raised $175, way more than the cost of living increase. At this rate in 5 years the tenant will be paying $2500 which is ridiculous for a house they shouldn't be paying more than $1250 a month rent just because they have a dog. So if you plan to rent for them, be prepared for your rent to increase...ALOT.
