DO NOT rent from this company. We had a tornado and our entire downstairs was in an inch of water. We moved out thankfully but im sure they are going to try to bill us after 2 months of them not responding. They also have a lawsuit going at the moment with the city.

Are they the original owners of the property. I know they bought over 300+ properties from RF Miller who were the real slums. I think Vinebrook has been pretty good since they took over my property. Basement leaks and all.
They are saying I owe them almost 3k for moving out of a house invested with mold

You won’t get it back. They make sure of that! I’ve always gotten me deposits back until this company. Never again. I am super happy now with the house I rent from another company! Been here 4 years!
No they make it super easy. The bad part is, is when you start living in the home you realize why they make it so easy. It's awful renting from this company if you can avoid it please do. Your just throwing away money when renting from these people
