I used this service on a Wednesday around noon. I had to wait a bit behind another customer (not their fault they were busy), but once it was my turn they got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The employee that I worked with was the nicest guy ever! He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and without me feeling silly. He explained a few things I might need and their prices but I never felt pressured to purchase more than what I was there for. The other employee that was working under the hood was very nice as well. I wish I remembered their names! (8/31, bay 1) Everyone there just seemed to work well together. The only complaint I would have it the location, it is such a pain to get in and out. But that’s really everywhere in Rookwood…

Been here many times, but of an odd location but not much can be done about that, service is fast, friendly and professional. They never try to oversell anything but present issues as they seems and give the option to take care of them. Everyone said thanks and goodbye as I drove out, keep up the good work fellas, I’ll keep coming back.
