Excellent staff, nicely decorated, very large room. HUGE bathroom and closet. I've seen studio apartments smaller than our room was. Lol. Common areas are quiet and clean. Pool was great! The hotel is just before town, so if it is in the triple digits weather wise, plan on driving a few blocks to Leavenworth and finding parking. The price was excellent compared to in town hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

**Review is on Reservations front desk** I will leave a review on our upcoming stay when we visit. However I wanted to let you know, booking via hotel rather than Reservations was wonderful. If the rest of the Staff is like Amelia, I'm excited about our stay. She made booking easy, and helped with all my questions with patience and understanding. What a lovely and kind person. Thank you Amelia and I how you get a raise. Or your company gives you recognition. I've been a Hilton rewards member for over 10 years and you were one of the best bookings.

Positive: The room itself was great. We also enjoyed the amenities like the pool and two hot tubs a lot. I also thought it was a nice touch to have the front desk call the room approx 15 minutes after we were in our room to make sure everything was to our liking. Negative: For the hot breakfast it would be great to have more protein options and fruit.

Positive: The room was seemingly clean upon arrival, great room, great breakfast options for creating your own or grabbing a bag to go. Comfortable bed. I would totally stay here again! Negative: The wall next to the bed had what appeared to be some boogers wiped in the wall. I cleaned them off because it was grossing me out. I went to breakfast about half hour before it was over and most of the breakfast was gone. We had to get grab bags.

The Hampton inn in Leavenworth Washingtom has an indoor pool and large hot tub.
When our family went in February this year we were not informed about any shuttle services offered by the hotel. Granted it has been awhile so I would advise contacting the hotel directly to see if they may have added one. On a side note, last time I checked there was a Lyft promotion going on for Hilton Honors points so there may be a silver lining.
While I am not 100% certain I can say with some confidence given that this is a Hilton Hotel I am sure that they would allow a service animal or dog in this case if it is an ADA requirement. I would call the hotel directly to double-check.
The one we had was right by the door with a sink, fridge, and microwave. All food or beverages had to be purchased from the convenience store in the lobby or purchased outside.
Yes, it is also behind but grocery store, which parking can an be used as spillover. Good alternative to parking in the center of the village. It is about 10 minutes walk away, however can be snowy and slippery in winter, around Christmas time. Remember, the village is at altitude, so it shows frequently and show stays for a long time.

You can get an Uber too, quick and easy. We were there over Christmas and it was the best choice for us.
