Definitely HAPPY PLACE to be........the location is super convenient and tons of parking onsite for guests. The staff is super friendly, courteous and helpful. Went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. It's magical and beautiful here. We opted for a balcony room and it's worth the extra money for sure. Walkable distance to Alpine style restaurants and exquisite shopping around the town. The horseback riding is also right across it. Overall one of the best lodges I have stayed in after so long. Thank you for the impeccable service!

This is the perfect location. Big hotel service in quaint Bavarian style lodge. Customer service is phenomenal. Our room was wonderful. Great sleeping, comfy beds, all the comforts and more of home. Loved the Decor. Year-round outdoor heated pool with hot tubs on the mountain side. Glad we found this little gem.

Earlier this month, my friends and I were on our way back to Seattle after a day trip to Leavenworth when both 2 and 90 closed due to accidents and snow. We ended up having to turn around and go back to Leavenworth for the night and thank goodness we got a room here! They were accommodating to all those who had to turn back around and spend the night. This definitely wasn't their first rodeo as they were prepared with toothbrushes and anything else we needed. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had lots of beverage options: water, fruit-infused water, hot chocolate, apple cider, etc. It was very cozy, complete with a huge fireplace and a large bar. We even got a deal on the drinks at the bar. The hotel is right across downtown so it's not even a 5 minute walk to the main show in town! If only we had swimsuits we definitely would have used the hot tub that overlooks the Cascades; it was a perfect view. There was breakfast included with the stay and it was very delicious! There were lots of options to choose from and the staff kept the dining areas very clean. There were 4 of us so in the end our stay ended up being a great deal for each of us once the cost was split. The only reason why I can't give this review 5 stars is because when we went to the hotel bar that night, there was only 1 person working the bar and also serving food. If I remember correctly, the kitchen closed early because of that. We felt very bad for her as people kept coming in and she was quickly trying to serve everyone. Hopefully when we left the bar to go to downtown someone else came in to help! Definitely would stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. The decor has a very comfortable lodge feel.The rooms are immaculate and if you are on the South side the view both day and night are great. My only criticism is that the breakfast is very underwhelming. For how great the rest of the hotel is and for the price one pays it isn't much more then an ordinary free hotel breakfast. We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.
