Location is great. Easy drive to the trails along the Icicle river, and great views from the property and surrounding area. Rooms are clean and overall in good shape. Attended a wedding here and it was a great venue. Customer service is 10/10.

Just stopped in the gift shop. We were greeted nicely and the lady working there was very helpful. They highlight local artists and have unique items to buy at somewhat reasonal prices. I purchased a wind chime with a beautiful sound.

Nice quality cabin rooms with shared walls. Good heating, nice quiet energy with a retreat feel. You do need to plan for hauling your bags from the car to the room, it's a little walk, but they do provide carts you can use. Great breakfast you call and order ahead and pay for, but excellent cafe quality food. We love staying here, it's a nice woodsy relaxed experience.

Just the right amount of rustic. Visiting in the off season is a treat for those looking for some quiet. Not much open at the resort in March, but Leavenworth is right down the road. Cabins are clean and rustic but not run down. Some great privacy at the premium cabins. There's something magical about sitting in an outdoor hot tub with mountains on two sides and deep snow melting in the spring air. Top marks for pure serenity.

We were in Eyrie last weekend and we did see a split system AC, though we didn't need to use it.
Yes. There's a bar called The Grotto, separate from the main dining hall with a full bar.
The hot tub is a really nice, large, rock-lined one, but to my knowledge it is not piped in from an actual hot springs...maybe the water is sourced from Icicle Creek. Many of the cabins are lovely 5 minute walk away, so if you need something really close, ask about availability of those rooms. There are two larger cabins (one that sleeps 8) just up the hill from it--they are the closest.
