Leavenworth Taxi is affordable
In previous years, the city had a free shuttle on weekends in December only. I'm not sure if they'll be doing that again this year; they're doing a few things differently this year. As Janessa Bishop said, Leavenworth Taxi is a good option. Do make reservations in advance, though; they get busy.
