We checked in mid day, and had young kids. We noticed it was dated and needs some upkeep but this didn’t really bother us. We left a couple hours and returned around 7pm. There were multiple people who appeared to have been homeless sharing a room and were in and out of the motel, looking around the vehicles. They were in and out of a room, in which there was obvious signs of drug use. A couple of these characters were in and out several times, and were obviously under the influence of some substance. One time it sounded like a by-passer “checked” our room’s door handle, on their walk by in the hall. We didn’t feel like the kids should be subjected to this type of thing, so we left. I went to check out and notify the desk staff. The young man wasn’t rude, and although apologetic was not helpful. I was told I could not check out because the audit had not been done on the room. Since it was after 6pm, we are being charged full price for a room that wasn’t stayed in. I would drive to the next town, or whatever it took to avoid staying, or trying to stay here again.

What amazing customer service experience here at this very busy location, especially the manager. We were here for 10 days with all 4 of our fur kids. She accommodated all of us. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and courteous. I think Los Lunas could accommodate another hotel here. Thanks for everything.

Entry light burned out, refrigerator did not work, DirecTV remote did not have a backing. Carpet had a big tear in middle of wall area. Even with AAA discount was a bit pricey. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice!

We were very unsatisfied with our stay. I booked two rooms for our stay and when we got there, one room was on the bottom floor, the other on the top floor. I presumed they would put both rooms together. Both non-smoking rooms smelt like smoke. The carpet and the walls were very dirty. At night, the surrounding rooms were very loud and trying to put two children to sleep was difficult. I guess another room reported the noisy room a couple hours later, my kids woke up to the office pounding on our door thinking it was the loud room. The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and repairs. Like I said, we didn’t get good sleep and would not recommend this hotel.
