Samantha was great! She was the only reason my family and I didn’t get up and leave, she waited our table because our waitress completely ignored us even after she was told we had been here for over 20 minutes the only reason this even gets one stars is because of Samantha. 1 ⭐️ star for IHOP 5 stars for Samantha ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been an IHOP fan for the last 20 years but I will never eat at this IHOP ever again. I placed an order online then went to pick it up. The lady handed me 2 full bags. So, i took the bags assuming the food was all there. Which was dumb of me. I drove home only to find that we were missing my wife's meal. So I called to let them know what happened. The lady tells me that "I left a 3rd bag of food there." So, I let her know that I was only handed 2 bags. She tells me again that " she handed me 3 bags and grabbed 2 then left." Even if this did somehow happen, wouldn't she have said something? This IHOP has no accountability. I now understand why the Denny's two blocks is always packed and IHOP looks like a ghost town. I've eaten here 5 times in the last 2 months, even left an $80 tip once. However, I'll never eat at this IHOP again. Denny's just earned a customer without doing anything...

If I could I would give this place a 0 star. Bad service, no refills, and I found this in my pancakes... I'm pretty sure it's the wrap around the whip cream bottle. CHOKING HAZARD! Wouldn't recommend coming here.

The food was awesome. Enjoyed it very well. The place was busy but that didn't make us wait long. The staff is doing a great job. Very friendly and attentive. Definitely a good place to have breakfast or brunch if you stay at Los lunas or on your way through I-25.
