Drive thru was busy so we decided to go inside. Worst decision we’ve made. Waited 35 minutes for our drinks to never come out, name never called. Asked several times for a status on our drinks and was told each time “they’re coming out next” without asking the name or what we ordered. Worst customer service ever.

Went and got 2 different coffees and the Frappuccino is not sweet at all. It looks very light and slushy like they were greedy putting ingredients in. Then the cold cream brew tastes terrible. I will not be going to this Starbucks anymore. A waste of money for sure......

Placed an order at this location on the mobile app. Being somewhat handicapped I sent my son to pick up the order. The app said all he need do is pull up to the drive through and pick up the order in my name. He was told they had no order in my name and needed to see a screen shot of my receipt. If you're gonna have a store with an app then make sure it actually works. This may come as a surprise but not everyone understands how to take and send a screenshot!

They are always out of everything. They were out of venti cups for days. They were out of the fruit for my oatmeal the other day. Today they are out of sugar free caramel, but I’m sandwiched between cars, so I had to choose something else rather than leave. I’m frequently handed a drink that is spilling on me as I take it from the person working in the drive through, it’s also spilling on them but they are handing it to me regardless of this, which I will never understand. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I wish there was another coffee shop in Los Lunas.
