Always out of the good stuff at 9 pm. No Mexican pizza, doritos loco taco and my favorite just plain hot sauce. But I get it. It's pretty late by then and this store is always busy.

This is the ONLY Taco Bell in our area. Their menu has changed (tolerable). This location also refuses to give any change back if you use CASH at the window. Okay, whatever... Tolerable, as well. But, when I go to buy some basic cinnamon twists for my kids, they are cardboard. I smelled one and refused them myself. Nasty. I wouldn't feed these to anyone! Let alone my children! When I called them to have them fix it they offered to replace the twists, and said to come back. So, foolishly, I returned. My husband comes back to the car with one dollar... The workers refused to make any new (they make cinnamon twists ONCE A DAY & only in the mornings). AND, REFUSED TO GIVE HIM EXACT MONEY BACK AFTER OFFERING HIM A REFUND. Not only did they rob him at the window, but robbed him again on the return and STILL delivered no product.

Updating - Lately they have had no ice almost every day for about 3 weeks - so cold drinks? Nope. Wait times seem to be much longer than usual, likely due to staffing shortages. 30 minutes to get to the menu, 10 minutes for them to take the order, and then pull around to see the person who sat in front of me for lever still waiting for their order at the window. All the girls that work there are friendly and such - orders aren’t always perfect but usually that’s only when they are super busy. Corporate needs to get this stores ice machine fixed for real, and help them out.

Employees looks like confused zombies… longest wait I have ever had to wait for fast food. There’s plenty employees but no sense of urgency of any kind… will definitely not coming back here. I can probably drive to Albuquerque and get home with food faster than waiting here…
