Line was extremely long and I wanted a frosty. So I went inside. The man behind the counter said they were closed inside as they only had three employees. I will never return. No customer service.

I was had lunch here and I ate inside. The staff and the food were lovely but the entire time I ate my food, I had to listen to a man having a conversation about a complaint he made. The person he was talking to was a woman with brown hair in a black suit, she definitely looked she was a regional manager or higher. His complaint was about his wait time, I’m not sure how that time of complaint warrants a conversation with a RM or high but that’s not what the issue. Customers have complaints all the time and should be address promptly. The issue lies in the fact that this woman in a black suit calls over another woman (I believe she was the cashier) to LECTURE HER IN FRONT OF THE MAN. That is so grotesquely unprofessional. I’m surprised the cashier didn’t walk out, I would have. Plus, this cashier was the only person taking orders and payments. Meaning she kept having to rush back and forth between the conversation and the counter. I cannot imagine any manager going out of their way to lecture another employee in front of a customer. I cannot I believe I just witnessed such a display of unprofessionalism.

Needed food after a roadtrip, when I got the food it was nastily put together the meat and buns were completely off onto the wrapper with the cheese MELTED ALL on the wrapper!!! lettuce was disgusting the patty tasted like water there was no flavor at all. Nuggets and fries were decent but the main meal was nasty, cold and half the burger was stuck on the wrapper on top of it the girls had major attitudes

Have been there three times in the last few months, twice through the drive thru and employees act like they are swamped even when you can see only two tables with people inside. They almost throw your food at you, you may or may not get a receipt and no thanks or come again, they just give you your order and close the window on you. Unfriendly when taking your order. If you go inside they stay talking and will wait on you when they feel like it, rude and place is dirty with a lot of flies. Will not go back, have given them the benefit of the doubt.
