Always have had polite great service. My mail always arrives at its destination in a very timely fashion across the US. Home delivery is great also. However a newer vehicle for home delivery would probably be appreciated by carrier. The old Jeep like vehicle does a lot of wheezing.

Fast, friendly, helpful. I spoke with Chantelle on the phone and she was very helpful, patient, and pleasant on how to have my packages held for pickup. She sent me a request for hold card to fill out so I didn't have to go to the post office. She even filled out my name and address.

I had the best luck getting through calling right after they open.
I'm not sure. I would call the post office and they will usually give you another number to find out what went wrong.
