No, there is only a part of the first building that is running, they still have a long ways to go. I would say around 3 months for the first building to be fully operational.

I just finished working there for one day for post tensioning rebar and they're a great group of people but the pay is only suitable for residents, not people from out of town.

Depends on what part you want to work for and if it a trade job or security or the Facebook operations team then there is Fortis as the main contractor for the site. There is currently over 20 companies working on site and they are all contracted under Fortis. Facebook operations team is contracted threw CBRE Security currently isnt hiring but G4S has the contract
