Lied about the $100.00!!! They said I would get a $100.00 for the vaccine and I haven't got it. They are liars!

Phone call was in a loop. None of the options worked. Now who do I call?

I know that this place is never busy because when I go in, there is literally no one there! Yet when you try and call the place THEY NEVER ANSWER! These ladies are just super unprofessional, you wait in the waiting room longer than you should and they are just chit chatting away about nonsense. Every. Single. Time.

Twice I have had to reschedule my daughters appointment. Since this office lost its clerk it hasn’t been the same. I waited today for my daughters appointment for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was then told it was too far past my appointment and I would have to reschedule! I had signed in and waited and waited. I tried to call the office several times to get get someone’s attention. I then called the Belen DOH office and they couldn’t reach anyone either. Good luck for anyone trying to get in and see the nurse.

Questions & Answers

I am moving to new mexico to be a caregiver to an elderly cousin who also disabeled. Does New Mexico state have a program that I can get payed thru the state to do this?

Caregivers are covered through insurance, not through a state program. My children have NM medicaid through Presbyterian and have disabilities. Their caregivers come from a local agency who bills medicaid for services. Your first step would be to apply for state medicaid or Medicare, whatever your cousin qualifies for. Then contact your care coordinator (you may have to ask for one from the insurance) and request to be evaluated for caregiving benefits. They will let you know what it takes to qualify. Then you pick a caregiver agency from the list they give you, and apply to work there as your cousins caregiver. This process may vary slightly for adults, but definitely the first step is to get established with insurance and find out what benefits your cousin qualifies for. Hope that helps!

Nobody answers the phone at this number. It's says to "press 3" then hangs up on you as soon as you do. Any ideas for alternate numbers?
