They have low base paying jobs they have a lot of homeless drunken dope heads they don't care if you smell bad coming straight from your house first thing in the morning and they have their pics people that they make sure get out for work while others have been in line way earlier than the person they're sending out but they call it a seniority ticket so it's like you never really get a chance to be senior you want to put up with that kind of stuff not making any money day by day waiting to see if you're going to work donating a lot of time with their favorite people go out every day that they show up you may not get to go out but once or twice a week and then they have really bad attitude and talk to you very unprofessional not a good place for temporary work you're desperate yes other than that don't bother

This was my first time working at Labor Works and I'm highly disappointed. I can only say the good thing about this company is that you get paid the next day. The bad thing about it is that Labor Works should offer more Payrate an hour because Minimum wage is raising up. Last thing I don't like the fact that they have to take money out your check for the transportation knowing people already trying to make a couple dollars. I would go back to Laborworks if it's my VERY last resort.

Most Jobs are minimum wage. 8.55 an hour. But they have no work at the present moment. Any jobs they may get will go to their friends and family first. Jobs they have in KY pay 7.25 an hour.
Usually eight to nine hours but if you count the time you don’t get paid for that you’ll be sitting at laborworks it’s a good 12 13 hours altogether
