My only vehicle was in shop 3 weeks. No loaner offered. Had wire harness chewed by some mouse/chipmunk. Obvious diagnosis. Insurance got involved that somehow delayed things although I needed my vehicle back asap. After 2-1/2 weeks part was still not in. Had a trip planned @ 3 weeks. Once they got part was fixed in a day just in time for my trip. So a 1 day fixed took 3 weeks. Didn't know whether to cancel reservation. Anxiety. Vehicle fix was good but don't know why it took so long.

Buying a new car can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming experience. Everyone at Columbia Chevrolet was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of my many questions. I never once felt any pressure to purchase or add on any feature that I didn’t need. In fact, it was just the opposite. They walked me through the different car trims and package options which really helped me decide what I really needed and could afford. When I went to pick up my 2022 Equinox, they took the time to walk me through all of the functions and settings of my new car….which had changed considerably from my 2014 Equinox. This was my second purchase from Columbia Chevrolet and I look forward to my third purchase in a few years when my other daughter starts driving.
