I had reserved a truck for July 31st 2022 I had made the reservation a month in advance only for them to call me 1 hour before pick up to tell me it’s not available and they had no trucks available and I had a really important event to do that was bad customer service I was highly upset

Matthew is the best GM. He loaded my 2 boxes after 4 PM. I was in and out in no time and as truck drivers this is really important to us.

I do not recommend this place for storage they are absolutely ridiculous on the payments after I had my auto pay turned off they somehow turned it back on and talk $50 more than they were supposed to this is the worst place for storage do not use them!!!!

Take pictures of everything to avoid charges. When we clearly explained it wasn't us, they did reverse the charge.

Call them and ask
If you are parked under the bay, where you went in originally, there should be a dropbox to the left of the doors (think its orange?). Take a picture of your odometer and fuel gauge before you drip those keys though. They will email final copy, but mistakes happen......
It depends if you are getting it one way or not. Then you do have to refill the gas tank.
