They like to have clumsy maintenence men who cant keep it down whatsoever work on your siding on a SUNDAY. As if there isn't any other day they can do the work, like I don't know... a normal weekday? Poor decision making clearly. Rude workers too with no regard for their residents, another classic example of collecting money without caring about the residents peace.

The location is great, because it is close to so many places. The parking is great because there are plenty of parking spaces for visitors. And the price per square foot is great compared to other locations. the neighbors are super nice. BUT the quality of the complex is not the best. the apartments are dated, and I've had a huge issue each year that I lived here. you can hear all the noises through the walls. Maintenance guys are super nice but they would do a "quick fix" rather than fully fixing the problem 100%, the communication from the office isn't the best in those cases either because I always had to reach out to them multiple times in order to get information, and that was super annoying / frustrating. other than that these apartments were a perfect choice for a first time apartment.

The worst apartment ever. Full of pests trash is every where, not safe, building made of cheap wood, I can hear my neighbours snoring. There is many bad things about this place that I can’t list them all in here. Not recommended!

I am happy with the new alministación Érica hi Verónica they are excellent, I am glad that they are here they are very welcome because even though I speak English I prefer to communicate in my own language.
