I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Apparently management doesn't like broken things on their property unless its theirs. Ill explain. The gate to the parking lot has been broken the 9 plus months I've lived here, resulting in my truck being stolen. When police found it it was very heavily damaged and I paid well over 200 dollar to get it back to my apartments, well they towed it anyway. Which is pretty funny when you consider the fact my mailbox was broken into and destroyed SIX MONTHS AGO and still hasn't been fixed. They won't take money orders, checks, and half of the debit cards won't work on their website. So they make it almost impossible to pay your bills too. Every maintenance request i put in takes at least a month to get to. If ever. And they never, and I do mean NEVER respond to emails, or voice mails. Also, don't bother trying to contact corporate because they won't ever respond to you either. I have tried on many occasion to reach out to staff to find them not in the office, actively avoiding my calls and emails, this review is my last resort of trying to get my issues heard.

This was a nice place to live before new mgmt/owners. Grounds, laundry room and parking lot are always filthy. Repairs seem to require an act of congress. Leasing terms are not known until after residents provide a digital signature which has allowed them to add extra fees for utilities which have ALWAYS been included before now. Pest control is charged but not provided and 2 people hv been killed on or near the property within a year's time.

Ever since there’s new management it’s been nothing but problems here.. they simply do not care for residents and never want to fix anything . The lady that works in the office always seems to have an attitude when we explain all our issues .We have been living here for almost 7 years you would expect them to be more considerate we have never missed a month of rent and always pay in time .When we come upon issues with the apartment they simply never want to deal with it and when they do they can’t even do the job right it’s ridiculous .. We are looking forward to leave this place !
