Worst place I have lived in any apt complex. There was someone knocking lightly at my door (or so it sounded) so i open the door and literally a man is painting my door i had no notice of it, he didn’t speak any English and he has his paint brush mid hand. They should give people notice when paining doors and areas? There is also no pool but a “cooling spa” which is a boujie way of looking fancy but not really having an amenity. It’s always super crowded around the area and loud. I’d you’re into loud people, dogs without leashes and no notice of your area being painted…move in. If not I’d pay extra and look elsewhere

The worst palace I’ve EVER LIVED… the leasing agents do not care about you, dogs bark at 3am…there is constant construction…you are charged for EVERYTHING! Including boxes delivered?! I didn’t know that was a special service….do not move here

I have been at Amli Quadrangle for just over a month and it has been, for the most part, great! Adrienne is amazing, and has helped me every step of the way, from signing my lease to getting anything resolved when I have an issue. The maintenance team is wonderful and respond very quickly. My only cons would be the garage door has yet to be fixed since moving in and if you are not on the top floor you can hear the steps of your upstairs neighbors. Although, the location is phenomenal, and that is what you are paying for. A great living space, fantastic service, and location. Hope this can help in someones apartment search!
