Called July 12,2022 and explained my situation of needing an apartment and spoke to Brianna and she told me after I told her I'm moving from another state to Texas and that I need an apartment and I just got a job here In Plano TX and she says just bring your offer letter and we'll figure the rest out for an appointment at 9:00am I get there she's not even there,I wait and was met with a rude black male intervene in my business with a tenant representative telling me"you gonna wait awhile just go witt her" whoever that was.I say I don't want to discuss my business aloud can I close the doors a lady says yes and another opens both and says otherwise.Brianna finally comes and act she don't know who I am after I spoke to her a day before and tell me you got to be employed for at least a year to get an apartment when I discussed all this a day before so In other words she told a bold faced lie to me over the phone, Unprofessional business on their end.Deserves a zero.

The dirt is what abounds in those apartments, the bathroom in one room never worked, the doors fallen, the carpet worn and the most unpleasant thing is the attention of the administration and all the discounts of the deposit for no reason. 😡 🤦
