this is a great place to move if you want to just drop your animals off. I see feral cats and dogs running all over this place and no one seems to care even though the lease agreement says if animals are abandon they will take it to a shelter.

Horrible place to live. I've been here a year and a half and new management took over when it was time to resign my lease. They are extremely unprofessional, unorganized and clueless. The office never answers the phone or emails back. Every month there has been a new issue with my rent such as random fees i cant get anyone to fix which causes late fees. I have always paid rent on time, i don't bother anyone and get treated poorly by staff (office staff changes every couple months and is never consistent). I have seen rats outside but non in the apartment but there are roaches. Do not rent from these apartments.

If I could do negative stars I would! WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE!!! Even with new management. They are unorganized and unprofessional. My refrigerator has been leaking for 3 months now! I have put in so many work orders. Maintenance came ONCE AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! The manager lied straight to my face and said they had a new refrigerator on back order for me turns out they don’t! I would suggest a homeless shelter before wasting your money to live here!!! You can’t even get anybody to answer the phone most of the time! They should consider closing these apartments completely!

I am waiting for code compliance to get back in contact with me . I am also working with a tenant lawyer, I have only been here four months. I cant do this another 8mnths but I cant afford an eviction or broken lease ... they defiantly are not worth it ! I am literally going crazy and reading ALL the reviews it doesn't seem like there is a resolution. This is sickening.
The pools and the hot tub have not been open in the 2 and a half years we've been stuck here. Can't get out soon enough. Will have to trash all of our possessions to avoid taking the roaches.

The worst place ever to stay. They are so desperate for tenants now they have a guy out front with a huge lease now sign. Pathetic maybe if you had not tried to rip off the tenants you had you wouldn't have to Hussle so hard to people to come in. Ijs

The leading office is open on Sunday but only to show apts or begin application to lease here. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time. Ratchet doesn't even begin to define these things.

I believe they charge $250 for move in deposit and different layouts have different rents. But I strongly urge you not to move here! Extremely bad management who disrespects tenants and overcharge on all utilities. Not only do you have to pay utilities to the company's, you also have to pay service charges to the property for having those utilities!!! And they tried taking me to court twice for an eviction when they are the ones who attached my rents to the wrong Apartments.
The prices are WAYYYYYYYY to high for what you're going to be getting yourself into. Trust me and read the reviews. Stay away from this place!
