It's affordable housing through the city of Dallas. Apartment's are cute and we have a good management team. I have lived here going on 7 yrs.

If anyone wanna move. Please don’t dont these apartments have real bad management. She never in office. They turning watts on the lights on max to pay more money for lights and rent. This new manager is worse. Trust me I stay here now and waiting to get a voucher. But want give it to me and I been here bout to be 2 years. Me and my family ready to move. PLEASE REPORT THESE APARTMENTS TO DHA WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Yes they are ,but you can choose the option of paying full rent

WHATS THE BEST LIGHT COMPANY TO GO WITH & do any body have pics of how the inside look & what floor is apartment 630 located on ! Also do we have to pay the security deposit or the rent to move in

You have to go through Dallas housing authority to lease..yes they have washer and dryer connections

Animals are allowed here dog fee is $100..and just like any other residence you pay rent but this is low income so you dont pay to much rent.. You pay rent and light..And it is pretty long i filed last year and got accepted this month...the apartment comes with a washer n dryer tho
