I’ve been here for almost a year and a half. It is in such a good area if you’re looking to be around nightlife, and the staff has been so helpful towards all of my needs. Any time I need something done maintenance-wise, it’s fixed within a couple of days and back to brand new. My apartment faces 77degrees and I hardly ever hear too much noise. The hallways and perimeter of the property is cleaned every week, and the apartment itself is very elegant and chic. You will hear the people above you moving around every once and a while, but that’s the price you pay of apartment living—it’s inevitable. Thank you Magnolia for making me such a happy resident!

I’ve lived here for almost two years & have had a terrific experience. The building & apartment itself are a very unique & “boutique” style, not cookie cutter at all. Noise levels are fairly low, which is great especially considering the 77 degrees bar right next door. Prices are reasonable considering the area. They don’t have as many community amenities (they still have a great pool!) which translates into savings on rent prices. The office staff are friendly, competent, and will go out of their way to help the residents. They will work with you to accommodate requests & are more flexible than standard large apartment complexes. Would definitely recommend this place!

Just gave my notice. 1 BR, single story. - Car break-ins - Unresponsive Mgmt and maintenance folks - Paper thin walls - Even worse, I could hear people walking and talking in the unit above me for 12 months. Just poor construction - 77 Degrees opened after I moved in. Blares music 3 nights a week until past 2am. See note about paper thin walls. - Packages usually delivered to the wrong side of Moser - horrible water pressure. - Henderson Ave was under construction entire lease term. So the one thing this place has going for it, location, wasn’t that great. - decent rate but by no means a deal considering the above.
