I am editing my previous one star review, because Cara Telafuse, the VP of Operations of Fath Properties, resolved my A/C issue (which was ignored for a week by the property manager Lakeisha) the day after I sent her an email asking for help. Cara brought in Chris, the lead maintenance staff of Fath Properties and he figured out the A/C issue and worked until 10 pm to repair it. I give Cara and Chris five stars. Still, I am giving two starts for this property because I had so many issues from the day one, and the way property manager responded to my recent A/C issue was just unacceptable. The property is old, so the infrastructure and appliances are. It only accepts Spectrum. There is corporate office located by pool, and Cara, the VP of Operations who works there, will be a great help in your need. Neighbors are quite and orderly, and property is kept clean and neat. My experiences: 8/14/21, when I got key to the apartment, the A/C was not cooling down temperature below 80, a door of Kitchen Cabinet was missing and apparently no cleaning and corking of holes and cracks were done. However, the property manager, Lakeisha said a professional cleaning was done. I had to cork the holes and cracks myself, and it took over a month to get the door of kitchen cabinet. Then things got broken down one after another throughout the year. A shelf in closet fell off, bathtub got resurfaced, dishwasher was broken, food disposal was broken, shower controller was broken, A/C completely stopped due to a broken part. There is bad odor time to time and ceiling sounds like breaking down when neighbors upstairs walk accross. And, somehow inside of wood panel in bottom of living room wall became hollow leaving only thin paint on surface that ants were coming through it from outside (my unit is by parking lot). The maintenance staff mentioned that the whole section of the wall needs to be repaired, but property management never followed up with it. Then, the A/C did not cool down temperature since 8/8/22, and Lakeisha, the property manager, did not hear my plea for a week saying the A/C was working properly but temperature is not cooling down due to the unusual hot weather. 8/10/22 was raining and outside temperature was 85 degrees only. A/C finally got repaired on 8/15/22 by Cara and Chris.

It’s a good place to live for the price , little old but very convenience and near the highway management very nice they help me out when I try to break the leas to move out the state , Front desk very nice I recommend it.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? how an apartment that was 990 goes to 1090 THE SAME APARTMENT!!! (Without any extras thigh’s AND BEING THE SAME SIZE! I was going to apply but after I saw that they only increased the value after I called to inquire! I'M OUT!
