I delivered a food order at this apt facility on thursday sept 8th 2022. after the delivery to the tenant i came outside to get in my car and notice that my car had other cars parked blocking me in accept this one space that i could have moved out from but another car came up and blocked me in. i asked nice for the driver to move is car so that i could leave and ask he stated to get back in the car to move the front desk person in charge named steve pho came out and told and escorted the driver to proceed to delivery his order to the tenant. i stopped the driver and question him to move his car and steve pho again made another effort to escort the driver to delivery. keep in mind the driver could not speak english . when i asked steve pho why did he not allow the driver to move his car steve pho told me that it does not matter. also, the driver could have moved his car one up but steve pho insisted that the driver not do so. this was 9.15 and 9. 45 pm. rewind your security camera and see. as a black man i am not surprised at this. i will forward this to the BBB for.

There is a short bald elfish looking over-diligent security officer/manger in this building. I brought something to a friend and he would not leave me alone and in the 3 mins I was in the parking structure came and posted a sticker I could not easily remove. I had to continually spray and soak with alcohol to get it off. He continued to harass me while I did this. He takes this job too seriously; making simple things harder than they have to be. I’m a petite woman doing a favor; not a loitering nuisance! If you consider living here, just know the oversight is overkill.
