I hope your seeing this and this post makes you mak your decision. They say oh there's no towing but your vehicle can get towed if it's a reserved spot. New management comes in. Doesn't give tenants a option to register they're vehicle. Vehicle gets towed and they won't do anything about it. I live by the soccer field. When I say filthy. Kids litter EVERYDAY. Cleaned today dirty by tonight. Won't fix anything. Temporary maintenance guys. Your ac may leak from the ceiling. Rats. Roachs. The works. They Will raise your rent after signing new lease. No improvements and new management is in two months. Still no online portal. Still no understanding of parking. And other place to park is across the street from apartments that clearly has two signs. So if you have no place to park you might wanna buy a spot in the sky. Or park up the road in a bad nieghborhood. I promise. I wouldn't decieve you. We all deserve our moneys worth. And this place is not giving of it

I do not recommend it for anything in the world, its apartments always have infestation of cockroaches or bedbugs, they are not remodeled, those apartments are garbage

~~DO NOT MOVE HERE~~ This has been the WORST renting experience ever! I signed a 1 year lease in January of 2021 before moving back to Texas, not even a week after moving in I was calling maintenance and setting meetings with the city's code enforcement officer which these apartments have seen a lot of. Old plumbing unsecured doors, and windows. The management changes every two months so nothing gets done! I've had several clerical errors on my ledger and it hasn't been rectified! If you have an option to go anywhere else please RUN!
