Great staff! Love the property. The only complaint I have is that they say there is 24/7 maintenance but if you have an emergency that is after hours, no one responds until the next day.

I was trying to get the move-in date changed for the unit I wanted. I was sent an email on 4/19/2022 that stated I had 48 hours to send in my check stubs. I called today only to find out they went ahead and leased it to someone else, and they will not refund my application fee. This is unfair.

Edit: Reduced from 2 star to 1 star. I want to like my apartment here. Rent wasn't too high when I moved in and the first time I saw a cockroach the management had pest control by before I even had a chance to mention it to them (I'm assuming someone else did) and haven't seen many bugs at all since. I also received a very appreciated half off a months rent from winning a raffle. Unfortunately my good experience ends there. In the 10 months since I've moved in I've had to put in emergency work orders to get maintenance to come out about 10 times. If I do anything besides an emergency work order they won't show up ever, and will close the work order without doing anything. I currently have 3 work orders in for an issue that's lasted 3 weeks. In 3 weeks someone couldn't come by to fix something that would take them 5 minutes with the right tools? Support emails have gone unresponded to ever since the previous assistant manager for the property appears to have left. I legitimately can't believe I'm paying for a glorified storage unit. I've had things stolen from my car, and it doesn't feel safe outside late at night. If all you care about is cheap rent and can do your own maintenance they're okay, but otherwise I can't recommend them. I will update this review if I notice any significantly positive changes before moving out.
