Went to go vote an apartment it was ok not in the best of neighborhoods but I was will to go see what Dallas has to off. For the area it's in they have the in my eyes dumbest vehicle stipulations: your vehicle has to be in excellent condition like brand new. I'm not kidding on this either. For that area of I'd be scared to have a new looking vehicle it should be as long as tags are up to date.

To me it is...been here going on 5 years...all apts have their issues but I think these aren't as bad as others on the block.

Thank you for your inquiry Laketha. We do have 1 bedroonm apartments available. We can work with persons with a past eviction providing they meet the following criteria. There can be no balance owed to a former landlord. They must be able to prove 12 months good rental history after the eviction. Any balances due to a utility company must be paid as well.
Thanks for the inquiry Richard. Our prospective resident screening looks at various things including income, criminal and rental history. There is no specific credit score the screening is looking for. As long as all the other factors are good, those with what the screening considers questionable credit may have their applications approved with the condition of an added "credit aproval fee". Contact the Leasing Office at 214-691-7161 if you'd like to discuss any specific details of our application criteria.

This place has been the absolute worst place I've lived and they have ignored all the work orders I've submitted since day 1. I would not consider this place again it's literally a dumpster fire.
