Somebody is lying about these ratings. I was grateful to have a place to live but when you tell them you're moving... things hit the fan. My apartment has had a bullet come through the walls, a intruder came into my home and attacked my family member, & a noisy neighbor who brings his speakers outside and blast music all day and night. When you call the office to complain, they ignore you. You try to get out of a lease because you don't feel safe, they charge additional fees. I wouldn't recommend this apartments to a homeless person. OH and they can't keep management, they switch out at least once a year.

Management isn’t all that great the property manager ( the lady ) is VERY rude , & David is pretty decent. Our apartment is decent just overpriced ( in my opinion) & the roaches TAKEOVER regardless of how much we clean! Our neighbors ALWAYS has parties (2-4 time a week) and when we signed our lease we were told 3 noise complaints will result in eviction, we’ve tried talking to them and asking them to keep the noise down, called the office, & now it’s gotten to the point to where I’ve called police. There are some goods to living here but not enough to renew our lease for a second time ! I really hope this helps someone make the RIGHT decision because if I knew my neighbors would be so LOUD, my husband & I would have never moved here. *Currently as I’m wanting your review they’re playing the music so loud I can barely think *
