The value of these apartments have plummeted significantly. In 3 years my vehicle has been towed twice, my mail packages have been stolen twice, my car has been broken into twice as well as my storage unit being broken into. The property is surrounded by homeless people that sneak their way into the building due to the security doors not working or someone breaks them routinely every month. The security team does a poor job securing the property. The main gate is always broken so anyone can roll into the garage. This place is turning into a second chance property attendant wise, feels like their letting anyone live here now just to fill in units. This place is unsafe and disappointing. We've been through 3 different management groups with a year, the maintenance team matches the management team when it comes to effort and getting things done/fixed.

This review is solely based on poor service and how unserious they team of agents are. First of all, the tour was rushed and didn’t even get to see the pool or rooftop. Then the girl told me as long as I didn’t have an eviction on my background I’d be good, which I don’t. Somehow I was STILL denied and upon recent discovery, their “third party company” that does the background found a $0 collection from a different apt I never lived in and some Wi-Fi equipment I never turned in. I’m not even pressed about the petty inquires, completely unrelated to my rental history, that led to me getting denied. But I was very transparent and expressed how serious I was about living here and so far not one person has reached out, agent nor manager, and kept it a hundred with me. They worried about vetting future tenants when they need to be vetting who they hire because who they got now ain’t it. 2 stars bc the property is nice (even though they next to the police station) but the staff were farrr from helpful 🤧

I had a pleasant experience touring this property. Debra and Larryssa went above and beyond to accommodate for me. The apartment finishes were beautiful and modern. The location and amenities for the price is perfect for me. I am looking forward to living here.
