The apartment complex had been making strides to improve the quality of life living here regarding noise, trash, and cars. However, we are now on day 9 of not having hot water in the Phase I & II of the complex. We have received information saying they are "diligently" working on the issue when if they were truly working on this, the issue would have been resolved by now. Instead of giving us a date of when we can expect to have hot water, they have offered to let us use empty apartment showers which is not the service we pay for. It took 5 days before we knew the nature of the issue with ambiguous emails being sent out daily without any concrete information on when we can expect this to be resolved. Every day, they are hoping to provide us with more information but end up empty handed. What a disappointment. I would think for an extra couple hundred bucks to renew my lease, I would able to at least have hot water. It has now been 2 weeks and there is no update in sight. First, there was a story about a fire. Now, they have to replace the gas line. They have plainly said that they don’t know when it is going to be resolved and have not hinted at the reimbursement for the inconvenience. The daily emails with fake updates have upgraded to pure silence. Update: It took 2 and a half weeks to get the hot water back running. I spoke with Carla in the office who said the complex was working with the owner to provide customers with some sort of compensation for the problems this issue has caused. To no one's surprise, nothing happed but I guess at least we have hot water.

The apartment is nice, the complex is mostly kept clean, and the prices are reasonable. However, maintenance is remarkably slow. I had a significant amount of water coming in from my ceiling, and it took a service request in the app, two phone calls to the front office, and two hours to get maintenance to respond to an emergency request. I submitted a non-emergency request at the same time. I'm on day 8 of that maintenance request, and based on these other reviews it may take months to have my request worked on. Not sure if maintenance is super backed up or understaffed or what, but I've never had to wait more than a day or two at other places for maintenance requests to be completed. Edited 8/25: It took two weeks, a phone call to the front office, and a 1 star review to get maintenance out. I was informed that maintenance are understaffed and only performing emergency maintenance issues. I don't know how long I would have had to wait had I not left a 1 star review. To their credit, everyone I interacted with was pleasant and cordial, from maintenance to the front office staff.

The worst place I've ever lived at. If you move here I feel sorry for you. Office never answers calls EVER. making you leave a voice-mail that never gets a call back. Countless maintenance service requests that always get closed out by manager without getting fixed. They honestly don't care about residents. Yes when you're in the leasing process they will always pick up and take your calls. As soon as you sign a lease and give your money you'll never hear from them. Terrible management can't wait to move out.
