If I could give a negative star I would. Apartments have NOT been repaired since the October 2019 tornado. Still have plastic on the building. It’s been six weeks since I’ve had hot water in my bathroom sink. Part on order. Management is trouble, maintenance is trouble. Manager and office personnel is a swinging door. Always someone new. You can’t use your fireplace because these still wood and plastic on the roof from 3 years ago. Constantly emailing about parking but haven’t fixed nothing. Maintenance guy told me there were over 200 empty apartments probably more then that now. There is still wood 2X4s holding up the stairs. How trashy is that. You can’t invite anyone over here

At this point I havent Even gotten to a year yet and everyday is something else added to my rent , don’t rent here if possible and also no security someone broke into my car I’m still waiting on any contact about the cameras.ALSO PAYING YOUR RENT WOULD BE AN EXTRA SERVICE FEE ON TOP OF YOUT RENT !!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, ALSO THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES

I will say this the community has gotten 100% better since Ms.Glory crew took over. The maintenance crew black guy I don't know his name but gets the job done. When I need them they are always there. Shout out to the whole crew here at Glend at Highpoints continue to clean this community up. 200% thumbs up. 👍 Bravo 👏 🙌 👌 👍 💪
