The office staff has always been nice and friendly with me but a few things need to change. First of all the parking situation from the actual parking to their sticker registration approach. no one should walk out of their apartment and have their car towed because there sticker out of date. I understand the policy but too many people pay their rent on time to have to worry about not having a car in the morning because of a slip in thought. (I'm sure there is a more affective system). the lack of official visitor parking is also a problem. there is a pest problem from roaches to drain flies not to mention the random bugs that get in because the buildings foundation is bad. Hidden oak is a quiet place to live and that nice but actual quality of life in these apartments is lacking. the longer you live here the more apparent problems you will see.

Tabria was wonderful in getting me approved and moved in within a couple days of viewing the property. So far everything has been quiet and I’m very happy I chose Hidden Oaks among the many properties I visited. Thank you.

This place is filled with bedbugs, roaches, drain flies, thieves, just 100% ghetto…ugh, so disgusting. I move here from out of state so never physically saw the apartment and wish I had never signed a lease. Tabria & Miguel did a great job getting us leased and moved in and they were very professional. All my interactions have been great with them. This apartment is assigned to one of the top elementary schools but it’s NOT worth it and NOT safe for children. Please run far away from that place….don’t make me say I told you so🤷🏼

Tabria was amazing throughout the entire process!! The entire staff has been very helpful from the maintenance staff, assistant manager and the property manager herself. I honestly wouldnt know what to do with Tabria. I love it here.
