It’s been almost a year that I am living in this complex the ex manager of the complex was very nice and helpful but this new manager and her assistant are the most unprofessional and rude people that I’ve ever seen they don’t really know and care about how to help their residents today I wanted to sign a new lease for the next year but because of that behavior I changed my mind! I am not the only one that have such a problem all of the people that I know in the complex I talked to them about the issue all of them were agree with me and no one was satisfied from having this kind of people as managers of a good complex! I don’t really know what is their problem So dear Eldorado I hope you can make a satisfactory decision about your residents. Eldorado is not a complex that deserves a 1star review!! But being hired such unprofessional people made me do that

The new manager they just put doesn't have a clue to what's going on and her and the new assistant are trying to send fees /violations and he is very rude they don't want to help any residents with any questions and they don't have a clue to anything on the property.

I have lived here 2 years and it was nice Vivian and Liz were amazing as managers and then Liz and Carina were way better never had a problem with maintenance at all but now Liz and Carina are gone and the new management is horrible they have not tried to get to know any of the residents in my opinion. I have been told they are not renewing my lease because of late pays and the fact that my son was shot and came to my apartment because it was close to where he was when it happened but if they had looked at my file they would have known that before I had extensive surgery on my ankle I was never late on my rent and that surgery and being off work was the only reason. And the fact that they did not give me a notice of non renewal I went in to pay my transfer fee and was told these things is just awful. I wouldn’t advise you move to these apartments with the new managers being so rude and not even attempting to get to know their renters

I lived here back in 1990-1995. Best times of my life here. Great Place back then when it was called Wellington Place. Looks rundown now looking at those pics
