The only good thing about this place is that they have a security hotline you can call (and potentially abuse) on your loud/noisy/annoying neighbors and if they refuse to comply the police come out (but I doubt they'd do anything though). Most of the time though that terrible neighbor sitting in their car blaring music loud enough to shake the pictures on your wall will be gone by the time security responds to your call. Speaking of neighbors most of them are terrible, they'll sit on the stairs or in the middle of the breezeway blocking your path and making you feel unsafe. The attached picture shows a few of my neighbors literally grilling in a HANDICAP SPOT. Not to mention that this apartment (and the neighboring partner complexes) are sitting in one of the worst pockets in Dallas: 1. It's sitting in a high crime area (the police told us so during an open forum) 2. It's also by the Skillman Audelia 635 intersection which is an absolute pain. 3. 635 is undergoing construction for the foreseeable future so have fun with all that noise. Don't move here. Look just a little further north in Richardson for apartments if location is crucial or pay a little more in an outlying suburb such as Plano. This place isn't for any decent human being.

Bad business! Made an appointment for a tour on the apartments and no one was there! Definitely don’t recommend this place

10/10 would NOT recommend living here. If you want cheaper rent, this is the place to go. If you LOVE Roaches and small flying gnats, this is where you'll find them! I lived here for a year, and I can't even tell you how bad my experience was within this review. My apartment smelled like smoke throughout the entire lease, they constantly shut off the water for "maintenance", not to mention my apartment FLOODED and mold started to grow because of this. They did respond pretty quickly to the flooding, but my apartment was uninhabitable for about a week. I kept my apartment clean throughout the lease, making sure to take out the trash pretty much daily, and kept the dishes clean, but no matter how hard I tried, bugs kept coming into my apartment. No amount of "Pest Control" helped the situation at all. The office closes at random times and they never answer the phone. They are nice people, but this is an older complex, with lots of issues. They're working on fixing them, but the amount of problems overtake the good parts of the complex. You will get previous tenants' mail, and the mail room is absolutely trashed all the time. I wish I hadn't signed a lease here, but it is what it is. I forgot to mention the homeless population as well. If you sign a lease here, good luck!

Yes the lighting is very poor here. Makes you feel unsafe especially with all the crime.
