I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! I lived alone right out of college and never felt unsafe or worried about the security of my building or the surrounding area. The staff was always helpful, kind, and efficient. During Covid, I lost my job and they were wonderful about making it as easy for me as possible and making sure that I never worried when it came to my lease. No maintenance request went unfulfilled, even if they had to come back multiple times to get it done right. The only reason I moved out was to live in a bigger space and they just didn't have a unit available when I needed it. I would (and have!) absolutely recommend living at Magnolia on Moser. If I ever have the opportunity to move back, I definitely will!

Love living in this spot. Apartment is a great size, neighbors are quiet, maintenance is quick to respond. Only real downside is that no one picks up after their dogs, the sidewalks are minefields. Otherwise, we are really enjoying this spot and we’ll be here until we decide to buy.

This is hands down my favorite place I’ve EVER lived! Started in a studio and just renewed in a 2 bedroom. The staff is incredibly easy to talk to and so accommodating for any of my needs. It’s beautiful inside and I feel extra safe with the gated parking lot. I’m getting married later this year and my future husband and I can’t wait to make this our first home together!!!

I didn’t end up renting from Magnolia on Moser because I was looking for an apartment with a gym on site, which Magnolia doesn’t have. But the apartment itself and the vibe of the facility is modern, yet cozy. The apartment I looked at was gorgeous. It had a big closet, a wine fridge, built in shelving and granite countertops. I felt like it was a place I could call home, but ultimately I wanted the convenience of having a gym in the same building so I chose a different apartment in DFW. Kaci was so nice and spent a good amount of time showing me two beautiful units. So I highly recommend Magnolia on Moser based on the positive experience I had touring!
