Was charged $70 for carpet repairs on move out. Carpet had no damage and I rarely stayed there. Apartments are small and are studios.

The closest schools to our community are Lakewood Elementary, J.L Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School.
Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, and Fiesta are all within a 10 minute drive.
