The people in the office are nothing more than window dressing that follow the orders of the corporate office. They have a little scam going where they don't give you sufficient notice that your lease expires, so you go and have to quickly decide to renew or leave in two weeks or get stuck with a month to month fee. If you don't pay the month to month fee you get late fees added. I have spoken to multiple neighbors who are going through the same thing. I had an agreement for a lease renewal for one year and was told that i would be contacted when the lease is ready to be signed......never heard from the management. 2 months later i realize they changed the original agreement to a month to month because i didn't sign a lease. A lease i can not sign if the management doesn't give me the lease to sign. I intend to contact the texas real estate commission as well as the city but be aware...they are evil and are using unfair business practices and are also breaking verbal legally binding agreements regarding leases. BEWARE

Don’t recommend. Several major issues and cannot wait to move. -Roach infestation -Maintenance is poor and addresses requests slowly or not at all; property/landscaping is poorly maintained and dirty -Office staff rarely answers phones. —Mailboxes are broken or poorly maintained -Gates are never closed and non- residents wander through property at night

Just to do the application was a pain. I am moving from out of state to Texas and I couldn't even get a hold of someone since every time I called It went directly to voicemail. They never responded my email, returned my voicemails or even answered my calls. I applied anyway because I was running out of time and It took more than a week so then i could receive my first email from this apartment. While, I went to another place nearby and they communicate WAY BETTER than them with also getting my application done and approved IN A DAY. For me that's a poor experience because when you get no calls back or replies with something, imagine start living in those apartments and something happen. Who will fix? Will they solve the issue in a fast turnaround? Will I have to go out of way to fix stuff and spend from my pocket when it isn't my fault? Will I only get a nice customer service when I actually pay my rent? Or the same experience that I had applying, which It was horrible, I will have though the years that I will be living here? All of this comes to my decision to reject living in this place. If you want try it out, good luck! EDIT1: They contact me to see what was the issue and explained to me that they are busy and there was something with the email that I can use their personal to reach them but it didn't change my mind. Like I said above I left 4 voicemails during the week and multiple emails asking availability and general questions. And It doesn't make sense to me that just only after your application is approved you get an email that supposedly they will answer better. I wasn't happy with the first time experience at all

Would not recommend, apartment is unfinished, poorly maintained and maintenance is scarce.
