I moved in at this apartment in April 22, I havent had much peace living here, the people living in this residence do not know how to conduct themselves, 1st my neighbor would burst his car sound outside my window since I am living on the ground floor unit close to the parking lot. Someone also tried to break into my patio door and when i reported the issue to management they couldnt even give me the security footage since the cameras at the property do not even work and told me to report it to the police. I dont know why they do not fence the entire area instead. The walls between the units are very thin i can literaly hear my neighbors upstairs jumping up and down with their pets and the management refuses to get involved. I am also paying I deserve some peace.I cant wait for the lease to end.

Only place with availability when needed from my transfer here last year. #1 its a chiller system as in its communal. The office set temp not you. So all summer rarely less than 87 in apt. They "look" nice. Ghettovations all it is. Paint over paint. Even the bricks and the shower. Patchwork shotty but fair. Fixtures replaced with new glass & daylight bulbs. New cabinet doors not cabinets. New outlet covers & baseboards & carpet/vinyl wood. A/C leaks in restroom 24/7 (had maintenance 2x) ok for a day then starts again. Patio was covered in bird poo upon move in and upstairs neighbor would leve his dogs on patio to pee on my morning coffee. Rain leaks into bedroom from upstairs patio when it rains. Roaches and ants (1st floor so . . . I'll give the wiggle room) seen pest control 2x in a year. Fee ridiculously, $55 for a key fob I've never received & gates don't close, $12.50 fee a month for insurance that's been active since move in. Had a homeless guy reach through my bedroom window at 5 am while I was bed. Had someone break my window on my vehicle. Had a drive by right outside my patio, almost spilled my beer. Caught homeless man naked cutting himself in laundry room multiple times. The office personnel don't exist since King left. They do little things to try & catch up (doors with locks on laundryroom, changing office personnel but still never available) but most break lease b4 the year is up it seems. None of my neighbors been here very long. Anywho maintenance man helpful and can always be seen. Thanks for the time while I needed it & pleasant reminders of why I left the projects like those in the surrounding area.

Today I had a appointment to view Maverick Oak Lawn’s 1 bedroom townhouse. I called in advance and left a message to say I was running late. The office hours are 8:30AM - 5:30PM so I figured I still had plenty of time. My appointment was for 1PM after Ms Elizabeth’s lunch. I arrived at 1:37PM. No one is in the office and there’s a sign up on the door that says Closed. I called several times. No answer. I had the time so I decided to walk thru the property being as the Gate was Open. I walked around and made alarming discoveries besides the Gate being unsecured. The Security gate inside the property was also Open. I was allowed to tour the property on my own. I found broken Mail boxes and electrical boxes with rusted painted over locks. I walked all around. No one noticed. The camera that are present, are facing only to the front door and a couple parking spots. No camera in common areas in 2022? Ok. Anywho, I was interested in this apartment but due to the apparent lack of work needed to be done by the Leasing Office, Management and Maintenance … I’m gonna pass. It’s a shame, I’m certain the Owner doesn’t know their property investment is being maintained and managed so poorly.

All apartments are different sizes so the amount is calculated by the size of the apartment.
No. There is however a laundry room with washers and dryers.
