Just moved in as of right now. Haven’t saw anything that I won’t see anywhere else. Everything is OK as of now, but I know what part of town this is. Hopefully this is a good move. Love my apartment everything is OK until further notice.

I’ve been living here for about 5 weeks, it’s been ok so far but there were multiple things that were not nice about my unit. None of the trim was painted, it was dirty and what they did paint, was terrible and they missed a ton of spots. So fast forward- we just got a notice last week that there’s a new management company. That’s fine, I honestly don’t care. What’s frustrating is that it took 2 weeks to fix my oven which only took 5 minutes to fix. Also they decided to paint all of the buildings, also not a big deal. However, the company they hired to paint the buildings literally do not care about our stuff. They ripped my stuff off my balcony and went into my closet without my permission. They took hours and hours to paint yesterday and are still not done. They never gave anyone notice, they’ve left 90% of the paper up on everyone’s windows. The paint looks terrible, it’s splotchy and uneven. The trash from the paint is literally everywhere. This apartment would rather try to “upgrade” the outsides of the buildings instead of taking care of the units of the people who pay to live there. They “replaced” outdoor lights that worked perfectly fine and left all the trash everywhere. You guys need to fix your priorities. Upgrades are great but you don’t seem to care about the people that live here already. They barely answer the phones, there’s almost never more than 1-2 people in the office and they’re always in the back room, not watching the front. They take forever just to even acknowledge you’re there. I honestly wish I had never wasted my money here. Update: they’re still painting, almost 2 weeks later. And they’re very loudly putting unnecessary screens on all the windows at 8pm at night. All of the trash from painting is still everywhere, not to mention the painters are taking up all of the resident parking spaces and there’s debris in the handicap parking spots. Do you know which spots are never blocked? The staff spots. Save yourself the headache of living here and spend your money at a better apartment.

Bad management apartment 221 2 weeks with out AC we request everyday but the management is Carles we have 2 kids the temperature over 💯 every day no sleep I don't know what we gonna do

I just called to inquire about a 2 bedroom. The reviews about the staff being rude is true. I don't even live there and received a fast and rude introduction. Then when I asked about her 2 bedrooms...."she made a sound (that means no) and stated while sipping a drink no ma'am we sure don't". The website says they have the 2 bedroom townhouse for my move date. I am also a leasing agent. You bonus off of your rentals. This company have staff on their team who don't want money lol and providing bad customer service, which will continue to give this property bad reviews and a bad reputation about their staff. Not a good look for the company at all. Seems like they need a better training budget on customer service.

Its apparent that both Dairo Aminat and Delpha Hunt profiles are fake..yall must work for Solaris..My apartment floods every time it rains. The regional property manager came and dug trenchs last year since then the mud has backed up again and caused drainage problems I've constantly pre-empted the problem by telling them to watch during heavy rainfalls. Still no care from the front office, no repreaptions for me or my neighbor. So careful be in your judgement of these people who represents the front office. Who only care about money and not the well being of its residents.
Like Apostle Alfred Houston said, if its important they drag their feet. They only answer the phone about 1 out of every 15 or 20 calls.
