Its apparent that both Dairo Aminat and Delpha Hunt profiles are fake..yall must work for Solaris..My apartment floods every time it rains. The regional property manager came and dug trenchs last year since then the mud has backed up again and caused drainage problems I've constantly pre-empted the problem by telling them to watch during heavy rainfalls. Still no care from the front office, no repreaptions for me or my neighbor. So careful be in your judgement of these people who represents the front office. Who only care about money and not the well being of its residents.
I'm not sure about your situation but I had a flood around 2 years ago in my apartment and they came right away and took care of that.
Since i got into the apartment they have been attending to me which i believe yhe place is good but to your own Condition i cant answer
