I moved in to Versailles apt exact 6 months ago. I went 5 months with no working dishwasher, range w/ lop-sided elements, oven that overheated, refrigerator with a large hole in the shell of the door as well as I went 3 months with 80 plus degrees in my apt every night. It took Allison just 1 month to get all new appliances & a new HVAC unit installed. She is cleaning up the community by adding a security patrol, being transparent w/ all residents in her heroic efforts to improve the living at Versailles I and II. Keep up the great work Allison! BH Management is lucky to have such dedicated team member looking out for their residents! I know it will take a while to get this community to a decent living standard but you are the right track. Almost all the broken down cars have been towed. Less noises, parties, outside drinking going on since the new security patrol has been enforced. Also the valet trash is now being picked up on regular basis. which was not happy at all for 3 months.

I have lived her for 2 years and love it! There is always parking and property is always clean and well kept. The property manager Karen is fabulous! She always is on top of everything and responds immediately. I look forward to many more years here.

I was transfer to this apartment by former complex bc of disaster. At first it was fine until a certain folks play music everyday all night long. I worked and have to be up at 5:30am. We have knocked on the door and ask politely to turn the music down. It seems they don't care. Security was called. They still continue. I have called the office and they get back with you in 30 days. I go inside personally to see what can be done, I was told an email would be sent to resident The problem still exist and no email. So I am playing music back, but it shouldn't go this far. Office should enforce noise ordinance. Packages are being stolen, office claim they looking for it in parcel locker ibut to no avail im not resiging lease Cutters Point was the best . They took care of their resident with any PROBLEM
