DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place was the absolute worst place I have ever lived. ROACHES, awful neighbors who fight all hours of the night, trash everywhere in the complex, the WORST office staff, people broke into the Amazon delivery lockers, safety gate never worked. Do not live in this dump. Everything breaks constantly and maintenance takes days to reply. Just awful.

Absolutely horrible. We are already looking to move out ASAP. The staff lied to us about what the apartment would have inside and they’re trying to make us pay more than we already have.

It's a terrible place. You have to make an in person visit a couple of times to get that fixed.
Dirty A/C coil and filter
I have had many bad experiences in this place, it is the worst place in Dallas to live here. They rob, kill and many more bad things happen here and the administration is super bad.

They probably do and they are the the cheapest apartment complex in the area but mostly if you have a family and you care about them don't move into their very unsafe apartment so much drug and prostitution on the area apartment gate never closed a lot of break into house and cars
