I went last Saturday to tour an apartment and surprisingly it was the manager who attended me. I say surprisingly because I’ve never known of managers who work Saturdays. Well even though I don’t need to move until February she still took me on a tour (the only one of 3 other properties I had gone to) & told me about all their new upgrades & renovations they are doing. This was one of the best tours I’ve been on, Ms. Yessi answered all my questions & concerns & explained the application process and fees. I’m so excited and this property is most definitely my #1 on the list for when I’m ready to apply.

So far so good. I've only been here for a month. The only downsides are the maintenance didn’t clean up after themselves so I’m left with their mess that I’m having to clean up. The laundry facilities are locked or unlocked on random times which makes it hard to work with my busy schedule. Personally, I do lots of studio recording and production so the area is somewhat noisy throughout the day. Ariel has been very nice to me. My process of moving in was smooth, especially since I was out of state. She keeps the community updated on any changes. Maintenance has been prompt whenever I have asked for it and they make your leasing experience amazing! I say for living on Audelia Road and finding something that works without too many issues, I would recommend this complex.

I moved in on the 25th and applied on the 17th of May. The process was seamless and I really loved the apartment. I was able to view the actual unit I would be residing in. Verlencia was such a pleasure to work with and still is. All of the office staff I've meet so far are extremely personable and Emmanuel the Maintenance Man is also a gem running around always working. To make me feel even more Welcome they left the decor that was laying out in the kitchen. So far so great. Thank you everyone that has made this transition beautiful in the midst of troubled waters we greatly appreciate you.
